The reason is simple. Fitness camps are fun. Contrary to popular belief where you would imagine in your head that there are a bunch of people whipping you around in a fitness camp giving you dog food to eat, a fitness camp is nothing like that. Over the years the techniques and the care that is taken towards the clients at a fitness camp has changed so much that it has now become the best holiday retreat plan for those that are greatly out of shape because of their daily routine.

Some of the major things that people ask me regarding fitness are, “what’s the secret to losing weight in the gym? How can I tone up and build muscle?” I have read and heard a lot of rubbish with people trying to answer this question. The majority of people give bad advice and if you want a factual answer – the secret is hard work. If you attend the gym I would highly recommend you use a fitness plan which is tailored to you. Everyone is different and has different fitness needs relating to their body shape and their metabolism etc. You shouldn’t only do cardio or just go and do weights. A good fitness plan involves a range of exercises. Females need to do weight exercises too, don’t be put off to go into the weights area and complete your exercises.

If you struggle following a Motivacion gym plan, try asking some friends to join you. Working out with someone you know may make you try harder. You might just exercise harder due to the competitive nature of having an exercise partner.

This is not to be confused with the cheapest product on the market. Pursuing fitness has a cost associated with its acquisition. You will need to purchase equipment or rent its use by the form of gym membership. On any piece of equipment you can purchase the cost can vary by a factor of 5 times, from the cheapest to the most expensive. My personal fitness goals are of the highest that I know can be attained, therefore the equipment needs to be of equal quality.

Sustain the Life Style. This part can seem a little easier once you achieve your goals, but the long term approach to fitness is actually one that must always be top of mind. While this stage is a practice of discipline, even an “iron will” can be bent when the lifestyle is too far from what a person enjoys. So how can you force yourself to embrace a long term lifestyle that doesn’t match who you are? Well, actually you can’t. I think people are amazing and capable of just about anything. But not allowing yourself to be YOU jeopardizes your character and simply said, is not right for anyone.

Daily exercise is the most tried and true path to fitness. That way, no exercise session will be for naught. Get into the habit of exercise. You can avoid overloading your body by exercising lightly some days.

If you want to be a part of a boot camp, you will need around four weeks for a full session. If you are not able to take that much time away from home then another option might be to hire a personal trainer who can give you the same nutritional information and workouts but on a one-on-one basis at your own pace and in your own time. This might also be a better option for those who are especially overweight and might struggle even doing the beginning activities at the boot camp.

Listen to me carefully, no home exercise regiment will make you a Navy Seal, a celebrity, an Olympic or world-class athlete. We can expect this salesmanship from companies that spend millions in advertising a month, but we should not, dare not lie to ourselves. No program is without some merit and no program can fit all our varying needs as we pursue a fitness life style.
